All those Minnesota microbreweries need qualified employees. That’s why Dakota County Technical College is now offering a Brewing and Beer Steward Technology program. “The equipment is everything you’ll see in a commercial microbrewery – grain, fermentation tanks, keg washers…even a tap and draught system for students to learn on,” according to CBS Minnesota. The course is pass/fail–and you have to be 21 years old to enroll.
